We are looking for an experienced Project Manager join our Neighbourhoods & Communities management team. You will be adept at the systems, process and governance of project management; comfortable with complexity and driven by a genuine commitment to grow the power of communities experiencing the greatest inequity.
Our goal is to make a step change in the way we collaborate with and grow the power of communities experiencing the greatest inequity. This post will support the delivery of key strategic priorities and achieve greater impact in our day-to-day work
You will have a lead role in designing and implementing systems and processes for action learning, cocreation and evaluation in a community development context. You do not need to be an expert in these tools and techniques but you must be able to think systemically about change in complex systems. You will be a good communicator and collaborator.
