Business Development Manager

Bipolar UK provides a number of services which have been proven to support people with bipolar to stay in work and out of hospital, saving money both for employers and health commissioners. The Business Development Manager will report to the Deputy CEO and market these services to increase their uptake and income.

The successful candidate will bring experience and confidence to the role and enable the current team to explore new ways of income generation, partnership working and financial sustainability of services. The position requires a proactive and reliable individual with good personal skills who is organised and willing to travel.

This is an exciting time to join Bipolar UK as we are a rapidly expanding charity with big plans to grow our income and impact over the next five years. We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual who will maximise the opportunities presented by the Bipolar Commission and key strategic relationships. This will involve reopening and growing our network of in-person Peer Support groups, maximising the impact of our expanding digital resources and generating income and support from key partnerships and major donors.
