The RHS is a national charity with a mission to inspire everyone to grow, as it is vital to our wellbeing, the environment and the happiness of us all.

Through our Campaign for School Gardening, we provide schools and youth groups with hundreds of educational resources, exciting initiatives and projects, and a national training programme to help bring the outdoors to life.

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage relationships will a variety of stakeholders and strong customer service experience.

As well as supporting the Engagement Manager, the role will also work closely with others in the team to create exciting new ways of engaging with schools, and to measure the impacts of our programmes.
