Head of Learning Programmes
Location: Near Totnes
Salary: circa £45,000 per annum

This charitable trust welcomes applications for a full time Head of Learning Programmes to proactively develop, programme and manage the delivery of unaccredited programmes including Short Courses, Workshops, Talks, Conferences, Festivals, and other events aligned with their mission as a centre for learning across arts, ecology, and social justice.
As Head of Learning Programmes you will work with and manage a team to deliver a commercially successful portfolio of unaccredited programming; plan a rolling 18-month calendar of courses, workshops, and events; develop and support online and hybrid courses; develop and manage network connections and partnerships; engage guest and visiting curators, facilitators and tutors; support the expansion of new public lifelong learning programmes; and ensure that this organisation’s unaccredited learning offer meets recruitment and income targets.
The successful candidate will have plenty of experience leading and managing and developing learning programme and will bring strong leadership skills, project management expertise, an up-to-date understanding of current trends and challenges in education, and bring a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging approach to working within and across teams at the organisation.
