This national charity is a leading expert in rural community-owned business. Working with over 1000 community businesses - including shops, pubs, woodlands and farms - their services help communities UK-wide develop and safeguard assets and services which address a range of issues including isolation, loneliness, wellbeing, work and training.

They are seeking to grow and develop their membership network and fundraising activities and this role will require daily contact and conversations with a growing network of community businesses, individual supporters, funders, and membership suppliers. You will be at the very centre of this activity, helping to create long-lasting relationships with stakeholders throughout the UK.

To be successful in the role, you will be enthusiastic about the charity's vision for thriving, resilient and inclusive rural communities and the role of community businesses in helping to achieve that, confident and outgoing in your communication style, and have a proven aptitude for customer service and relationship building. You will also have excellent administration and organisational skills and be keen to play a valuable part in helping the organisation achieve its membership and fundraising targets.
