Our client is opening a new independent living scheme for young people leaving care as part of their longstanding commitment to ensure young people get the support they need to move their lives forward positively. This is your chance to join an exciting new project, helping to shape their service from the get-go!

In conjunction with their Young Persons Service Manager, you will promote the Foyer as a great place to live and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the local authority commissioned contract. You will lead and empower The Lodge team to provide an excellent service to their customers, ensuring performance, recruitment and funding targets are met in line with agreed targets and standards.

You will have a proven track record in this highly rewarding field with the skills and experience to ensure a high level of safeguarding and compliance are achieved for our client and the client group.
