TPP's Fundraising and Development team is supporting a fast-growing human rights focused charity with the recruitment to a senior development post (title - Development Lead) - a permanent position working either 4 or 5 days per week. The role will be home-based with occasional travel between London and Ireland.

This is a new post and will play a lead role in developing and implementing a fundraising strategy for the organisation. While it has seen rapid growth in recent years, there is an emphasis on developing a sustainable income model, with a particular focus on unrestricted funding. Particular successes have been within in the high-value space to date, so this role will focus on identifying and developing new partnerships, crafting compelling proposals, and leading on all aspects of donor stewardship. In time it is hoped that this function will grow - and there should be opportunity to develop a team with skills and experience across a broad range of income streams.

​To be considered for this role, you will bring a strong track record of experience working with Trusts and Foundations and/or in a broader Development Manager role. You will have experience of securing 6 figure relationships, have excellent written and relationship building skills, and a passion for human rights. You will be working with the Senior Manager to develop a fundraising strategy - centred around these key income streams, so experience in having developed an income generation strategy will be highly advantageous.
