Head of Evaluation - 6 month contract

We are working on behalf of an independent policy, research and development charity who are dedicated to lifelong learning, employment and inclusion to support in the recruitment of an interim 6-month Head of Evaluation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a organisation where you can make a impact quickly and see the results of your contributions directly, they are seeking an individual who is able to develop and lead on evaluation and would be the expert in their field,

You will be working along national policy experts and given autonomy and support in your role with the ability to directly input and shape change.

The role involves leading the design, development and dissemination of high-quality evaluations and evidence reviews; managing budgets and resources; working effectively with team members, partners, funders and other stakeholders; and ensuring that our work makes an impact on policy and practice.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and experience of a range of analytical and evaluation techniques, experience of delivering projects, building networks and an interest in the policy context for learning, skills and employment.

Location flexible, with a full remote option available for the right applicant

Full-time preferable but open to part-time working

£40-50k pro rata
