Learning, Impact and Quality Manager (Maternity Cover)
Starting salary: £40,928

(Based in Birmingham – remote working considered)

Groundwork is a charity working locally and nationally to transform lives in the UK’s most disadvantaged communities.

We’re passionate about creating a future where every neighbourhood is vibrant and green, every community is strong and able to shape its own destiny and no-one is held back by their background or circumstances. We help people gain confidence and skills, get into training and work, protect and improve green spaces, lead more active lives and overcome significant challenges such as poverty, isolation, low skills and poor health.

Providing maternity cover from August 2021 for a period of up to 12 months, this exciting and varied role encompasses a broad range of quality and impact focused projects, with scope to deliver positive benefits across the whole Groundwork Federation.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of our areas of work, a commitment to our mission, and experience in continuous improvement processes to help ensure that everything Groundwork does delivers maximum benefit for the communities we serve.  We are seeking an individual who works effectively in partnership, can work with minimal supervision, and who is able to manage multiple work streams in a busy but rewarding environment. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Closing date:  Midday, 25th August 2021
