Job Details

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with an exciting and growing charity in their search for experienced and driven Community Fundraisers.

There are 4 posts available - in Leicestershire, Milton Keynes/Bucks, Birmingham, and N London

Salary: 24-26,000 depending on experience and track record plus performance bonus
The London role will attract a further 2,000 London weighting.

The charity was specifically set up to address the needs of a lost generation of 15-25 year olds. They work with young people with learning disabilities, mental health & emotional issues, young people leaving care and those at risk of criminal exploitation or offending/exclusion. Following a recent expansion and in line with their ambition, they're keen to develop the presence of the charity across all 4 areas, developing corporate, community, challenge and event fundraising.

This is a role that can grow and develop, as you build your team to leverage support throughout the area. You will work hands on across corporates, challenges, events, donor acquisition, promotion of collection box and lottery programme etc. Developing local support groups in different areas of your patch will be a key part of delivery.

Working directly to the Head of Community Engagement, you will have great work ethic and an excellent track record of effective income generation and supporter acquisition and have the personality and skills to engage people and organisations to support the amazing work we do with vulnerable young people.

If you're looking to join an exciting youth charity and develop your own fundraising career, then this is the role for you!

Applications are being considered on a rolling basis, so please do get in touch ASAP to not miss out!
