If you are experienced in managing multi-channel campaign selections and automated marketing journeys this is an incredible opportunity to use your talents to deliver real world impact and save our planet. Right now, our world is under threat like never before. But there is hope. You can make a difference by using your expertise in data selection, systems implementation and campaign delivery working as part of the team in the world’s leading independent conservation organisation.

As Data Selections Analyst you will collaborate with Data Analysis and Systems Development teams and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective communications journeys across supporter audiences. This will involve developing and managing multi-channel marketing data selections, implementing testing and optimisation, as well as designing innovative ways to make accurate, targeted and effective data selections to brief and on-time. You will also critically evaluate the success of campaigns and make recommendations to enhance future performance. You will import supporter data (financial and non-financial) from various sources to our CRM and build and maintain data loaders too. Important will be the ability to ensure that the quality and integrity of data held is maintained to the highest standard.

You must have experience of multi-channel campaign selections and automated marketing journeys as well as of managing effective relationships with stakeholders. An excellent communicator you will be able to turn technical understanding into clear and understandable information and advice. You will have an in depth understanding of the campaign planning process and audience segmentation and your strong time management skills will allow you to prioritise and plan whilst retaining a keen attention to detail. PC Literate, you will ideally be familiar with Apteco FastStats and PeopleStage. Resourceful, logical and analytical, you will be good at problem solving and implementing.

If you have the skills to help crate amazing personalised and bespoke communications, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV with the Supporting Statement highlighting what makes you a good fit for us.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.  Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose.  We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.

Company

Best known as the world’s leading conservation body, we’ve seen first-hand how wildlife, the environment and human activity are all interlinked.

That’s why our passion for safeguarding the natural world has to be backed up by other environmental action – tackling the global threat of climate change (through our big global campaigns like Earth Hour) and helping people to change the way they live to ease pressure on natural resources.

WWF is at the heart of global activities in all these areas. We have teams of highly skilled professionals working with governments, businesses and communities here in the UK and around the world.
