TPP is excited to be partnering with the RNLI to recruit for Philanthropy Manager on a permanent basis, paying between £30,978 - £36,445. This role is home based, working the SW region and comes with a company car. You also have the option to work from the RNLI HQ in Poole.

This is an exciting role where you will manage a vast donor portfolio of supporters which gift £10k plus a year! You will provide donors with excellent stewardship and provide regular tailored communications. From this, you will build compelling cases for support and ultimately make financial asks to generate significant income. In time, you will also be expected to develop a prospect plan to seek out new business.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing HNWI. You will have sound communication skills to create compelling collateral to engage/enthuse donors. From this, you will be able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the telephone and face to face to existing donors or prospects. You will be confident in making financial asks.

*This role can be home based in the Southwest area, but you will be expected to have a full driving licence and willingness to travel around the SW area.
