Development Manager (Two posts: one permanent contract, one 1-year maternity cover contract)

Salary: £29,910 to £33,854 depending on experience
Closing date: Midday Monday 6 September 2021

We are looking to appoint two full time (37.5 hours per week) Development Managers (one permanent post and another one year maternity cover post) to support our current growth and help us to maintain a healthy forward work programme across all areas of CSE’s innovative work.

Are you an experienced fundraiser passionate about the environment and social justice?  CSE is looking for two dynamic junior Development Managers to join our growing team.

CSE is in an exciting period of growth and you’ll join our excellent Development and Communications team supporting emerging new funding and project opportunities to deliver our charitable objectives around tackling cold homes and addressing climate change.

This interesting and varied role will focus on research, writing proposals, tenders and quotes, leading and coordinating new project developments and working with project managers to report on progress to funders.

You’ll be working with a wide cross section of enthusiastic and committed colleagues across all areas of CSE’s work spanning practical support for UK households, organisations and communities to take action on energy and original research to inform local and national policy.

You’ll bring at least 3 years’ experience working in a project development/fundraising role. The posts are both full time (37.5 hours per week) and based at our vibrant offices in the centre of Bristol. Applications for part time working would be considered for the right candidate.
