Salary: up to £75k + benefits
Hours: 37 hours per week

This charity is a forward-thinking organisation which is challenging the systems available to people going through some of the toughest life transitions, including people experiencing homelessness, leaving care, coming out of prison, or experiencing emotional distress.

As an organisation, they have recently transformed from being a conventional service provider in the Social Care sector, to being a pioneer in systems change, and they are looking for an exceptional CEO with passion for the cause and the ability to deliver.

The organisation’s transformation did not happen overnight; it required years of listening to people who worked with them, a total change to the mission and vision, prototyping a new response, and much reflection.

At this exciting and challenging time, the charity is committed to finding a Chief Executive Officer with a real passion for the work that they do, who shares their vision, and has the leadership ability to ensure their delivery and influencing work succeeds in changing the nature of services for now and in the future. That involves delivering their core programmes and increasing their profile, while consolidating and developing their fundraising.

Consequently, this is a rare opportunity for a passionate leader, to lead and manage a small organisation with big ambitions.  You will be both a persuasive communicator and a strong manager, effective inside and outside the organisation.
