An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Fundraising Manager to join our team and grow our well-established Individual Giving, Legacy and Trust programme.

The post holder will develop, implement, and monitor strategies to raise essential funds to support our patient care.  They will lead an experienced and committed team to develop effective supporter journeys, identifying and cultivating individuals to feed into the organisations Mid Value, Major Donor and Legacy Programme.  Reporting into the Development Director, they will be an important part of the Income Generation and Communications Management Team.

The role provides the opportunity to develop campaigns and activities across a range of channels: including direct mail, face to face, telephone and digital.

The postholder will manage our Database and Supporter Development Lead to ensure that the fundraising database, Raiser’s Edge is used to its maximum potential to support our plans.

St Wilfrid’s enjoys a high profile within the local community with a strong legacy pipeline and Trust Fundraising Programme.   A strong communicator, the postholder will manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including donors, solicitors, and trust funders.

Training and Development opportunities, for example Institute of Fundraising Diploma and training with the Institute of Legacy Management will be available to the right candidate.
