Job Details

I am delighted to be working exclusively with a dynamic and growing charity with a clear vision, award-winning culture and passionate workforce. The charity's vision is to see every UK church passionately serving and including the poorest whilst confidently proclaiming Jesus. They exist to equip the local Church to serve the poor and reach the lost in their community.

The charity offer a highly effective collection of services which enables them to break through the crippling spiral of poverty, isolation and stress evident across the UK. In its place, they deliver hope, peace and freedom through their excellent and compassionate service.

They offer debt advice through their network of Debt Centres, assistance finding employment through Job Clubs, and valuable tools for living through Life Skills. By offering these services in partnership with the Church, they also see over 1,000 people a year come to know Jesus and find belonging in the church family.

The charity are now looking for a Head of Organisational Development to join the team on a permanent basis.

Location: At least 2 days in the Head Office (Bradford) and 3 days remote working

Salary: Circa 41,086 per annum plus excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

The Head of Organisational Development ('OD') is an exciting opportunity at a pivotal time for the organisation. The OD function is a new area, incorporating change management, internal communication and data analysis specifically relating to HR, learning and culture. Due to the values of this organisation this vacancy is open to practicing Christians only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1).

A passion for people is essential, as is a passion for the mission of the organisation.
