About the role
This role is with a membership organisation and awarding body who work hard to bring together the industry leaders of the energy and utilities sector to help transform and improve the workforce of the sector. This organisation is at the forefront of identifying and addressing skills challenges that the Energy & Utilities sector faces, they provide assurance and solutions to maintain a sustained skilled workforce to safeguard the future health, safety and prosperity of the 65 million people in the UK and businesses who the energy and utilities sector provide essential services for.

This is a brand new role managing the delivery of the Workforce Renewal and Skills Strategy projects. You will join an experienced and passionate Projects team and will be managing and supporting a varied range of client-facing and internal development projects.

No two projects are the same, and the projects that you will be involved with will vary from small to large complexities, with functions varying from working with members or a single client to internal projects such as replacing the CRM system and project managing implementation.

About you

For this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator or in a senior supporting role on projects.
  • Project experience working in a product development environment
  • Ability to adapt to working with and managing relationships with different stakeholders with different needs
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to working in an agile and digital world
  • Team player mentality

This role is 37 hours a week, with flexible hybrid working patterns offered between their office in Solihull and remote at home.
