The role

We are seeking a Development Services Officer, who will provide DAR with essential information, database support and management to enable colleagues in both alumni relations and development reach their goals.

You will be responsible for monitoring and proactively enhancing data integrity and quality and for devising new operational processes, whilst improving existing ones, working in consultation with alumni relations and fundraising colleagues to ensure they are getting the best out of the database.

The ideal candidate

You will have significant proven experience of database management and a strong technical background, preferably in the field of alumni and fundraising data administration.

You will be accustomed to providing high quality visual reports to colleagues at a high level, sometimes to short deadlines, utilising large, complicated data sets and relevant business analytics software from scratch.

You must demonstrate experience of proactive, creative thinking to bring positive change to a workplace and be able to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team.

Interviews will be held on .6th September 2021

We recognise the benefits and importance of an environment that supports flexible working and are open to conversations about this throughout the application process.
