The TPP Recruitment team are delighted to be supporting a national health charity with the search to a Trusts Manager vacancy. Following an organistaional re-sctructure, this new role will look to build on existing work with Trusts and Foundations, and to grow income - particularly through multi-year grants. The charity is based in SW England, and while it would be ideal for the successful candidate to spend time in the office on a semi-regular basis (1 day per week), remote working is a possibility. Flexible working options can be considered, including applications from Job-Share partnerships.

In this exciting role, you will work as part of the Partnerships and Philanthropy Team to secure gifts from trusts and foundations by researching, developing and writing compelling funding bids and reports and building relationships with funders to secure sustainable income.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of an annual plan to achieve a six-figure income budget and for monitoring and reporting on the trusts income pipeline.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced fundraising professional with knowledge of the UK funding landscape, philanthropy and fundraising methods with excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesise information from a range of sources and turn complex projects into clear and compelling cases for support.
