If you love working with a variety of different stakeholders and creating strong working relationships, and want to fight for our world then keep reading!

Right now, the planet is under threat like never before. But there is hope. At WWF we know the solutions already exist to turn things around for future generations. We want you to join us as Service Delivery Manager which is a new role within the organisation and help us scale up our efforts to save our Earth.

Join us and you will help us drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement across the Supporter Operations team and our third-party suppliers. This will involve establishing and delivering good governance across external partners as well as setting up meetings with key suppliers, to maximise performance, innovation, and value for money. You will work with internal stakeholders across WWF to ensure that we achieve productivity and quality targets within our Supporter Operations team too. You will also support our Operations Development Manager with key continuous improvement projects designed to build capacity and capability of the team.

For this role, you must have successfully managed third-party supplier relationships and contracts that require timely delivery and high-quality standards. You will have a track record of delivering service improvement with customers through process, systems and people too. Critically, you will demonstrate an understanding of the how service operations impact the strategic outcomes of an organisation, and how initiatives successfully implemented will deliver supporter growth. Comfortable engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, you will also possess an eye for detail as well as good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

If you have the expertise to help us better serve our supporters by improving our operational effectiveness, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV and the Supporting Statement to highlight what makes you a good fit for us.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.  Here at WWF we’re committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose.  We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We’re looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
