HR Manager
Salary: £35,000pa FTE
Hours: 22 Hours per week, flexible working patterns considered
Contract: Initially Fixed Term, Until October 2022
Location: Home-based, with regular travel to the Leicester office required. Occasionally broader UK travel may be necessary.

Home-Start provides a lifeline of support to over 26,000 families each year through our network of local Home-Starts and volunteers across the UK. At Home-Start UK our rapidly expanding team are our most important resource as we help a network of over 180 local Home-Starts to deliver real and lasting impact.

Your role will be to support the wellbeing and empower the dispersed team at Home-Start UK, underpinned through a robust framework of HR policies and processes. Working collaboratively with colleagues you will play a leading role in ensuring we remain a brilliant organisation to work, thrive and succeed in.
