Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Monday- Friday

You’ll be joining the Social Investment Team at an exciting time as our client launch their new Positives Futures community offer. You’ll work within a planned programme to create high-quality written applications to source external funding to deliver initiatives within our clients communities. You’ll identify new projects, services and external funding opportunities which align with strategic priorities and develop strong and successful relationships with partners at a local and national level.
Your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of their customers will be key to engage colleagues and partners to resource targeted activity and access relevant funding.
An expert in the field of accessing opportunities to develop mutually beneficial partnerships, you’ll be able to produce progress reports and evidence as required by funders and the group.
Suitably experienced, flexible and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills, you’ll be highly motivated, innovative and driven to ensure suitable funding is gained for our clients community projects. You’ll also be team focused with the ability to communicate with colleagues, customers, partners and external agencies in line with their high performance culture and their Way’.
At the time of advertising, due to the current pandemic, our client's front line teams are working from their own homes and their interactions with customers are through virtual means. They will continue to operate in this way until they are satisfied that the health, safety and wellbeing of their staff and customers can be guaranteed when visiting customers properties and returning to office bases.
