You’ll be joining the Social Investment Team at an exciting time as our client launches their new Positives Futures Hub and community offer. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing their training facility in Moss Side, developing strong and successful relationships with partners to deliver a first-class employability and skills service with a focus on young people in the heart of their communities. You’ll work collaboratively across our client championing a range of projects and initiatives to support learning, development and employment, providing customers with opportunities, guidance and support around employment and education.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that our client delivers to its customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of their customers will be key.
Suitably experienced, flexible and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills, you’ll be highly motivated, innovative and driven to ensure the best learning, development and employment outcomes for their customers. You’ll also be team focused with the ability to communicate with colleagues, customers, partners and external agencies in line with their high performance culture and their way.
At the time of advertising, due to the current pandemic, our client's front line teams are working from their own homes and their interactions with customers are through virtual means. They will continue to operate in this way until they are satisfied that the health, safety and wellbeing of their staff and customers can be guaranteed when visiting customers properties and returning to office bases. Our client operates core hours for their customers, however, their agile style of working means that you can work your hours around family and homelife commitments.
