Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a talented and experienced Fundraiser to join the team at Cancer Research Wales to contribute to the development and delivery of a cost-effective Community-led Fundraising strategy across Wales.
 
In what is a new role, the Regional Fundraiser will be responsible for the recruitment and stewardship of supporters who want to fundraise at community level by offering engagement opportunities across multiple income streams including; Community fundraising, corporate fundraising, events and campaigns whilst delivering excellent supporter care.
 
The post-holder will also help to establish and drive a new volunteer-led fundraising programme to recruit and engage people to volunteer on behalf of the charity in their communities to raise awareness of CRW and promoting appropriate fundraising opportunities. The post-holder will also develop, design and deliver of a range of fundraising resources and guidance to ensure that all opportunities to support CRW are accessible, relevant and maximized.
 
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a fundraising environment and will be able to demonstrate success in growing income across a range of different income streams, as well as maximising supporter engagement from new and existing donors.
