Business Manager Responsibilities:
A fantastic position has arisen for an exceptional planner, project manager and communicator to drive forward the continued success and growth of their Fundraising team.
This influential and multi-faceted role is a crucial interface between the Fundraising Leadership Team (FLT) and wider business. You’ll work collaboratively with FLT to plan and monitor business, planning and performance activities, including taking a lead within Fundraising on their annual planning cycle and ensuring all plans are aligned with the overall organisational strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring that Fundraising effectively shares management information, forecasting and evaluation data with the wider organisation – underpinning an annual budget in excess of £80 million.
Business Manager Requirements:
You will have an outstanding business management background, from any sector. This will include experience of detailed planning and project management – backed up by a solid understanding of associated systems and processes. They are looking for a real understanding of how local business plans feed into organisational strategies, and a practical approach to supporting multiple teams to produce united budgets and plans.
You’ll be able to work both independently and connect as part of a team, delivering analysis and action – often through others – within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Some experience of a thriving income generation environment would be advantageous.

Salary: £42,417 - £47,660 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) (+ London Allowance of £3,600 if applicable)
