Our purpose is simple, to save lives at sea. Since the 19th century, our crews have been risking their lives to save those who are in danger of drowning. The generosity of our supporters is what makes the lifesaving work the RNLI does possible. As a donor centric organisation, supporter data is at the heart of the Fundraising, Marketing & Media strategy.
We’re looking for a marketing data professional to help us with decisions based on insight that affect our ability to use our data effectively. This exciting new role has been created to provide a focus on getting the best from our supporter data, helping us optimise our strategy and ensure a data driven approach drives our decision making.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership experience who will be responsible for complex, data-related services with an excellent understanding of fundraising, engagement and marketing within charity or B2C market.
As the Marketing Data and Systems Manager, you will actively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll lead and develop a high performing team. You’ll bring technical knowledge and expertise. You’ll determine the prioritisation and decision making of Data Quality improvements. You’ll act as a lead for core supporter data systems and processes and much more!
To join us you will need:
- Outstanding people management experience.
- Experience of leading data system change programmes, ideally including the introduction of a new CRM system within an organisation of similar scale.
- A results-driven data marketing environment.
