This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who welcome audiences into a busy and dynamic building. It will be your job to ensure you deliver a consistently excellent experience to all the patrons, audiences and staff. Maintaining high standards will be important as you will be responsible for the reception, box office and handling general enquiries.

You will be a role model of excellent behaviour because you will be an example to others in how to maintain highly professional and welcoming customer service.

To be successful you will need to be proactive by raising awareness of the offerings, and increase the sales of the available programmes. In this role you will be combining strong customer service skills with a proficiency in ticketing systems.

We are activity looking for someone who thrives on engaging with diverse audiences, enjoys solving problems, and working in a busy buzzing venue.

- Customer Service and Front of House experience
- Excellent communication (face to face, telephone and written)
- Well presented with first-class attention to detail
- Extremely organised individual
- Extensive experience in a similar role
