Job Details

Harris Hill are working exclusively with a homelessness charity based in London to find them a brand new Fundraising Development Manager (Major Donor and Trusts). They are looking for a dynamic fundraiser who can raise 5/6 figure gifts from Major Donors as well as some trusts.

The Fundraising Development Manager will be working closely with the Head of Fundraising and the Director in upscaling and building on existing HNI's and Trusts. The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering their strategy around high-level givers, both individuals and trusts. Although work has already been undertaken in this area, and they have seen exciting growth, potential remains overall untapped and the strategy is in its infancy.

As such, they are looking for a confident self-starter who will be able to work alongside the Fundraising Team and Charity Director to identify the key opportunities and drive forward the workplan, owning some big wins as they go. This is an exciting time to join a growing and supportive Fundraising Team working together to deliver meaningful change for people experiencing homelessness.

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of:

  • Track record of generating income from high value individuals and trusts to meet income targets
  • Proven ability to establish long-term and mutually beneficial relationships
  • Strategic thinker with proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Exceptional stewardship and supporter care skills
  • Prospect research skills and experience

Salary is £36,000 - £40,000.

Interview will be held the last week of July/ early August.
