Supporter Care Officer
Are you a strong administrator with customer service experience? As Supporter Care Officer, you will often be the first point of contact for the charity’s supporters. Location: Flexibility available, but regularly required to work in Swindon (M4 corridor)
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Up to £18,500 pa, plus competitive benefits package

The Role
The Supporter Care Officer is often the first point of contact for supporters, so you will be responding to a variety of questions regarding appeals and products. Your work will include all elements of administration and customer service support including maintaining supporter records, placing orders and supporting events for the organisation, often dealing with a cross section of the public via email, telephone and letter.
The organisation is currently working remotely, but in this role you will be required to visit and work at the Swindon office at least once a week. You will also enjoy benefits such as flexible working, pension scheme and flexible benefits.
About You
The role requires a broad knowledge of the organisation and understanding of the charity’s Christian ethos. The Supporter Care Officer also provides a service to internal staff for whom you will book travel and act as an information hub.
You will have experience in customer service and administration with knowledge of using CRM’s and Microsoft office.
