Neighbourhood Coordinator / Neighbourhood Officer (Social Housing)

Location: Walton on Thames (Remote (Patch covering south east)

Salary: £32,026 per annum + ECU allowance £1,875

1 x Fixed Term / Secondment until 22nd July 2022

1 x Full time: 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week

 

Basic DBS check required

Clean Driving Licence required

Job Description:

They have an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood coordinator to join a dedicated team. As a member of the team you will be responsible for acting as ambassador, building positive relationships with residents to ensure their homes and local communities are desirable places to live.

 

You will also take responsibility for neighbourhoods, liaising with other colleagues to aim for ‘right first time’ resolution of tenancy and estate issues and to lead on building positive communities within their neighbourhood.

  • Intermediate IT skills, Word, Excel, MS Outlook
  • Able to work on own initiative
