Home-Start UK is now looking for an Assistant Director of Quality and Impact to join our expanding team.

Salary:  c. £55,000
Hours: 36 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working and also part time or job share options.
Location: Home-based within the UK, with the ability to travel regularly to the Leicester office, and occasionally across the UK (as restrictions allow)

Home-Start works with families in community’s right across the UK. Reporting to the Director of Network Impact, you will be responsible for developing the quality, and evidencing the impact of our work with families – helping to ensure that we are meeting our commitment as a federation to quality, safe, effective practice and building a culture of continual learning and responsiveness to the needs of families. This role will lead a small, effective quality improvement team at Home-Start UK, as well as working directly with the Home-Start network of over 180 sites, to ensure no matter where in their development, local Home-Starts are supported efficiently to be well run charities, offering an effective and safe service for local families, as part of a federation.

You will bring strong experience of quality improvement and maintaining standards alongside an aptitude for using data to inform and improve practice. You are likely to have senior charity leadership experience, with an understanding of good governance and the importance of working collaboratively to influence change.
