Who we are:

The Camphill Village Trust is a registered charity formed of  ten communities and services in England, offering opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other additional needs to live, learn and work with others of all abilities in an environment of mutual care and respect.

We need people who are good at listening, love to learn and who are flexible.  You will have a positive and sensitive approach to supporting people with daily activities and enjoy helping people learn and explore new things.

You may not have a lot of experience as yet, but if you share our values and want to make a difference to others lives, we would like to hear from you.

We can offer you: 

A competitive rate of pay £9.20 per hour

We provide a full induction and will support you to obtain the Care Certificate when you first join us.  We will also help you to obtain further professional qualifications later if you want to do so.

The role involves: 

Working on a rota, include working shifts which cover both daytime, evenings and some weekends as well as bank holidays and sleeping over on some nights.

Part-time working may be available
