Who we are:

The Camphill Village Trust is a registered charity formed of  ten communities and services in England, offering opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other additional needs to live, learn and work with others of all abilities in an environment of mutual care and respect.

Who we are looking for:

The Croft community is looking for an Assistant Care and Support Manager with the vision, positivity and resilience to ensure the people we support lead a life of opportunity. 

As a supportive community the Croft offers living, work, leisure and cultural opportunities to around 40 people with learning and other disabilities. Alongside the management team you will be supporting teams to deliver quality person centred care and support.
