More Partnership is a fundraising consultancy – and more. We advance great ambitions by helping organisations realise their vision and make change happen, at every stage of their philanthropic journey. Our close-knit team of partners offers a depth and breadth of global experience and outlook spanning education, the arts, health, international development and more, and we share a singled-minded commitment to being the best at what we do. We’re an employee-owned company, with an inclusive, respectful, and high-trust culture: each member of our team has an equal say in the decisions we make, a share in our success, and a responsibility to push us forward.

We are much more than simply a fundraising consultancy. The rare combination of experience, insight, and practical advice that we bring allows us to support organisations of every size, on five continents, and across a wide range of sectors. We help organisations to understand their opportunity, fundraise more effectively, and realise change. In practice, this can mean working to a range of outcomes: from helping clients to set direction, to training teams, progressing projects, or evaluating performance.

We’ve got a great back-catalogue, and we’re proud of our work, but we are just as excited about the future. And the best way to maintain our remarkable record of innovation and impact is to welcome new Consulting Partners, who will make their own unique professional and personal contribution to our partnership. You may have led your own fundraising team, or another development-related function within a large or mid-sized organisation. In all cases, you must understand how organisations can make effective, evidence-informed decisions.

We’re particularly keen to speak to those with experience of higher education, charities, and healthcare, which are priority areas for us; but candidates with knowledge of and commitment to other sectors are also warmly encouraged. Creating greater diversity across our team is a key objective for us; we want world-views, life experience, and habits of thought and action that enrich and strengthen our team, so we are strongly encouraging applications from women and those who are Black, Asian, or from a minority ethnic community, as well as people with a range of socio-economic backgrounds or experience of disability.

Being a Partner at More is an exhilarating and hugely rewarding position. You’ll have a significant impact on the development and growth of our employee-owned company and will play a vital role in making a difference to organisations and people around the world. Your future colleagues are optimistic people, with high levels of tenacity, intellectual curiosity, rigour, and humility; we’re always learning, and always able to bring our full selves to the work we do. We can guarantee you’ll be challenged in ways you won’t expect, develop insights that will surprise and delight you, and will have fun along the way.
