Job Details
Head of Regional Fundraising
We’re looking for an accomplished and experienced leader to devise and implement a multi-year regional fundraising plan, focussed on rebuilding income to pre-covid levels and to drive growth via the design and delivery of a programme of existing and new fundraising products.
Position: Head of Regional Fundraising
Location: Homebased, U.K nationwide
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Salary circa £50,000 per annum (inner London weighting £3,299 per annum/pro rata or outer London weighting £1,755 per annum/pro rata may be applied in accordance to where you live)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
The Head of Regional Fundraising will work alongside colleagues in the wider organisation, particularly Customer Experience and Locality Impact, to ensure that the team deliver an excellent experience for supporters and meet agreed in-year budgets for income and expenditure.
About You
We’re looking for someone with key strengths and experience in the following areas:
- Empowering, motivational leadership, adept at instilling an inclusive culture of high performance and outstanding results
- Able to stimulate and maintain a strong culture of internal and external customer service where diversity and inclusion are a lived reality
- Multi-year budget development, planning and forecasting
- Insight-led product development and review, with a strong preference to test and learn
- Using data and insight to monitor, and where necessary adapt, plans to achieve annual income and expenditure targets
- Charity / marketing legislation and regulation
