One of your principle KPIs will be to increase the net income, maintaining significant momentum in Individual Giving and you will also look to create and surpass targets around engagement across customer and product groups.

You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer experiences to all mass audiences through regular communications which signpost the many ways to engage with the organisation whether they’re in need of further support or wish to support the charity.

  • Insight-led product development and review with a strong preference to test and learn
  • Using data and insight to monitor, and where necessary adapt, plans to achieve annual income and expenditure targets
  • Charity / marketing legislation and regulation
  • Multi-year budget development, planning and forecasting

The charity is working to build a more diverse organisation. One where it recognises and promotes everyone’s individuality with kindness, and where it harnesses the value and diversity that everyone brings to help deliver its goals. We encourage applications from anyone who wants to be part of that future. And in particular, we would encourage anyone with lived experience of stroke to apply.

You will be asked to submit your CV and a covering letter of no more than two pages demonstrating how you meet the person specification and what you bring to the role in terms of your skills and experience.
