They are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with experience of working in new build housing development, to deliver an excellent customer focused service in line with their development and acquisitions ambitions, supporting the Development Manager in the identification of opportunities for value-adding property development schemes.


Assisting the Development Manager and in collaboration with their partners, you will project manage a variety of schemes covering both the development of new homes for rent, plus the acquisition of land and property including the management of budgets.


You will assist in developing and implementing innovative redevelopment solutions including procurement of services and ensuring that both consultants and contractors undertake work in accordance with the appropriate design briefs, specifications, legal and regulatory requirements. As an experienced, engaging and collaborative project manager you will drive forward exciting and sustainable homes development delivering an outstanding customer experience from project inception to after-sales care.
