Job Description

We need a Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure our digital platforms provide the best possible user experience, promoting key messages to different audiences and enabling customers and colleagues to transact and navigate efficiently and effectively Key responsibilities include:

• The development and delivery of a new website and internal platforms
• Day to day management and development of our web and intranet platforms
• Apply latest digital marketing best practice to develop best in class user experience for Salix Homes' online services
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting on platform analytics to inform development
• Work as part of cross-team project teams on business-critical projects

The Successful Applicant

The successful Digital Marketing Coordinator will have:

• Proven experience of the management of digital platforms and CMS systems
• An understanding and experience of applying user-centred principles to developing websites
• A passion for creating an excellent user-experience through digital platforms and processes.
• Creative copy-writing skills to create engaging touchpoint communication
• Experience of digital campaign development
• Excellent interpersonal skills
