This charity ensures that people living with MS are at the centre of everything they do. And it’s this commitment that unites them across the UK.

Their work is based on the hopes and aspirations of the MS community. Together they campaign at all levels, fund ground-breaking research and provide award winning support and information.

Their people are their greatest asset and the key to their success. They offer a vibrant, progressive environment where you will make a difference.

About this job

In this role, you’ll inspire the charity’s 3,000+ volunteers to do their best in their roles, and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to make a difference in the lives of people affected by MS.

You’ll play a key role in reviewing their approach to Welcome and Induction, making sure volunteers get off to a great start and know they are valued for their contribution.

You’ll be responsible for developing inclusive eLearning resources which can be rolled out at scale, and for reflecting the diversity of the MS community in all their learning content.

The organisation offers 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays), travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.

The charity is in the midst of an exciting, transformational, period which builds on their great history and will drive them towards achieving their mission and vision as they embark on their new 5 year strategy.

As part of this exciting transformation, they will be moving from their current National Centre based in Cricklewood, London to Finsbury Park, London later this year. They are expecting to be moving into their new office from August 2021.

Closing date: 9am on Monday 5 July
