NEDCare has implemented a number of strategic developments in the last year including conversion to a charity status and incorporation of a trading arm, which our current CEO is now stepping aside to develop.

As a result the NEDCare Board of Trustees is now seeking a new CEO to lead the charity through its next stage of development and to sustain the values, ethos and service quality to which it is committed.

About you

The successful candidate will share our passion for supporting people to live well at home in later life and will have a strong track record in delivering a clear vision through senior leadership, partnership working and effective business and financial management in the charity or not-for-profit sector.

We are seeking a motivated and highly capable candidate who will bring energy, enthusiasm and wisdom to the role. You will have an eye for operational detail as well as the big picture, will be able to think on your feet and will demonstrate strong skills and personal qualities of communication, compassion and values-led working.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a proven track record of supporting a small but busy operations team and providing strategic leadership, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. We are looking for demonstrable ability to successfully manage and develop a charity, social enterprise or similar organisation.

Hours: 30 per week (0.8 FTE)

Salary: £33,434.00 per year (pro rata)
