Executive Assistant, Director's Office
Location:
King’s Cross, London*
Contract: Full time / Permanent
Salary: c £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client is the national fundraising charity for art. They believe that art can make you see, think and feel differently, and through their work they help make art more accessible to as many visitors as possible, wherever they are.

This charity gives grants to help museums and galleries acquire works of art for their collections, share them with wide audiences, and support the training and professional development of curators. They are supported by a growing membership of 159,000 through their Art Pass scheme, as well as the generosity of many trusts, foundations and other individuals.

They are recruiting for an experienced, self-motivated EA to provide support to the Director and Director of Programmes and Policy. Essential to this role is a meticulous attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management, and the capacity to work across multiple areas simultaneously. With the ability to juggle competing priorities, you will be motivated by finding ways to streamline and optimise the work of two senior staff. The role also provides secretariat support for the Senior Management Team weekly meetings and plays a key role in coordinating their annual strategy planning; excellent minute-taking and agenda management is essential. This is a wide-ranging and versatile role which will allow the successful candidate to grow in many areas and develop an excellent understanding of the strategic and operational running of a national charity.

*This role is located at their King’s Cross office (Granary Square, London N1C) although staff are currently remote working. Following the anticipated change to government advice, a hybrid working trial will commence from September.

Closing date: 23 June 2021
Interviews: to be held on 29 & 30 June.
