Chief Executive Officer

CYM’s mission is to equip people for Christian mission and ministry with children, young people, and in the community.  As an independent and specialist college in this field we do this by offering a number of degree courses and short training courses.

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join CYM in the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees, implementing a strategy of significant and rapid organisational change in a rapidly changing marketplace. While experience in the third sector is desirable, a proven ability to adapt and inspire an organisation to achieve commercial objectives alongside the achievement of important non-financial objectives is essential.

This is a part-time (0.5) post on a 12 month fixed term contract.

(It is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the postholder is a practising Christian)
