Amnesty International UK (AIUK) wants to inspire and mobilise more people with its message of freedom, justice and equality. To do this, we are searching for a Supporter Acquisition Manager who can deliver and grow AUIK’s multi-channel supporter recruitment programme. About the role

You will be joining the Individual Giving team at an exciting time as we work to diversify and build our core income streams to continue growth in the programme. A new approach to innovation is being embedded across the fundraising department and through this work we’ve successfully launched a new family giving product. You will lead and inspire the Acquisition team to manage and deliver successful donor recruitment campaigns which will include Door to Door, SMS, DRTV, press inserts and paid social.   

About you

You will have significant experience of leading and delivering successful supporter acquisition programmes across multiple marketing channels. You will have an entrepreneurial and innovative approach, with a proven track record in recognising and developing key opportunities for new supporter recruitment and engagement. 

You will understand the importance of gathering supporter insight and using this to create audience personas which inform the development and optimisation of our product portfolio and associated supporter journeys.

You will be a motivating and dynamic leader, bringing your team with you to deliver a successful acquisition programme that strives for growth.
