We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced leader to join our senior management team. You will hold group level executive responsibility for the safe and effective delivery and performance of quality services. Leading on the development and delivery of a group level programme strategy, you will be responsible for translating our intentions and change agenda into a robust rolling planning process, focused on measurable deliverables, impact and value for money.
You will work with our Affiliates to manage the group programme network to ensure alignment, effectiveness and collective efficiency, ensuring Railway Children provides the best possible outcomes for the children and young people with whom we work.
An outstanding people manager, you will have significant experience of working in a senior leadership role with a strong track record of delivering operational results across multiple disciplines. With working knowledge of the not-for-profit and international development sectors and demonstrable experience of developing and implementing strategy, you will have proven experience in increasing organisational effectiveness and demonstrating high impact return.
