Who we’re looking for
Our clients look to us as the experts when it comes to making mass events and campaigns work. So we’re looking for an ambitious and brilliant Director who can use their experience to guide, support and lead our strategy, insight and marketing team to ensure we are always delivering first class work for our clients.
Ideally with experience of working in marketing or fundraising and managing projects working on mass campaign or events, you’ll understand what underpins and drives the most successful events and campaigns.
As a fast growing business we’re looking for someone with the ambition and entrepreneurial approach to continue to drive growth, and as part of the senior management team shape and share in the future success of the agency.
Heading up your own team you will collaborate with and manage our relationships with our clients, freelancers and agency partners. You will ensure our thinking is joined up and events and products are designed, developed and marketed based on a common audience understanding. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality work that meets the client’s needs and addresses the brief.
What we offer
Annual leave – 20 days, plus bank holidays and extended Xmas break Flexible working – we are currently based at home, and will have access to a central London working space when available
