Who we are

Think of your experience at the best event you ever went to, can you remember how it made you feel?

We believe that shared experiences have the power to excite, engage and influence individuals like nothing else. That’s why we specialise in designing, developing and delivering experiences that bring people together. On a massive scale.

We work with charities, brands, and events owners globally to help them harness that power, and use it to change the way the people they want to connect with think, feel and behave towards their brand

Who we’re looking for
Our clients look to us as the experts when it comes to making mass events and campaigns work. So we’re looking for an ambitious and brilliant Director who can use their experience to guide, support and lead our strategy, insight and marketing team to ensure we are always delivering first class work for our clients.

Ideally with experience of working in marketing or fundraising and managing projects working on mass campaign or events, you’ll understand what underpins and drives the most successful events and campaigns.

As a fast growing business we’re looking for someone with the ambition and entrepreneurial approach to continue to drive growth, and as part of the senior management team shape and share in the future success of the agency.
