You will play an active role in our fantastic projects and programmes from day one and grow your experience and skill-set whilst making a difference to the lives of the young people we support.

The Role

As a Programme Co-ordinator, you will work collaboratively with all staff members and co-ordinate high-quality projects for young people.

You will organise, liaise with, and monitor our clients, volunteer coaches and the young people we work with, keeping track of details, arrangements and agreements, ensuring everyone involved can make their contribution.

Working across six key areas, you will be involved in the co-ordination of programme delivery, volunteer co-ordination, relationship development and management, monitoring, reporting and evaluation, development and diary management.
