We also work with several English Local Authorities, and have a broad network of partners from local authorities, local schools, colleges and health services where we operate, and a number of national bodies in Scotland and England.
Experienced in supporting young people with a wide variety of support needs, we have a dedicated education team headed by a full time GTC registered teacher with a wide background in all levels of education in the UK. They are responsible for ensuring the best possible educational outcomes for every child and young person.
We offer student placements to students studying social care courses at college or university, with links to the University of Strathclyde and with New College Lanarkshire. Whether in education or work, we do all we can to guide our young people towards the flourishing futures they all deserve, supporting them through their care to the transition to independent living.
Since Inspire Scotland was founded, we have seen many success stories, with children and young people coming through extreme adversity and traumatic experiences to finding their way to positive, fulfilling futures.
Guided by the progress of our young people over the 7 years since we were founded, Inspire Scotland looks forward to many more years of service and the expansion of our impacts on young lives well into the future.
