Inspire Scotland is a provider of Residential Care and Education services for children and young people in Scotland. We are a growing organisation and delighted to announce the opening of two brand new 3 bed homes in the Cumbria area.

We are now recruiting for experienced Residential Childcare Managers to help manage and set up our brand-new homes in the Thursby and Brampton area. You will be responsible for the delivery of care and protection for the children and young people living within the home. You will also ensure that residential staff engage with children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives in a planned and purposeful way.

To be successful within this role you will have:

- Experience of residential childcare management

- Undertaken appropriate training and have excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements and standards

- Be familiar with managing the Ofsted inspection process to ensure the highest possible evaluation and Standards of Care

- A full, valid driving licence

It is essential that you have Level 3 diploma in Working with Children & Young People or equivalent and hold or willing to undertake a Level 5 in Leadership & Management within two years.
