CRM Project Lead Supporter Care

Working with the existing project team and senior sponsors, you will lead and deliver on two key projects which are pivotal to enabling the step-change in Supporter Experience.

Position: Supporter Care and Supporter CRM Project Lead

Location: Homebased, U.K Nationwide

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (inner London weighting £3,299 per annum/pro rata or outer London weighting £1,755 per annum/pro rata may be applied in accordance to where you live)

Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2022

The Role

By driving forward the implementation of the Supporter CRM project, you will ensure the organisation is set up to manage and use data to effectively deliver on excellent supporter experiences. By reviewing processes and ways of working within Supporter Care, you will help to achieve a more efficient and effective outcome for the organisation and ensure supporters enjoy an excellent experience.

About You

You will have significant experience of successfully managing and developing supporter databases in large charities and will have direct experience of driving a change project to implement a new system. You will also be adept at understanding, analysing and adapting processes to deliver on strategic objectives and will directly managed or will have been involved in the work of Supporter Care teams in your time in the sector.

To fulfil the role, you must have the right to work in the U.K.

Please note that this is a home based role with a requirement to work in one of the Associations hubs on an adhoc base.
