Our client, a countryside charity, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to develop a new team, and support and grow income from current and new donors.

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: They anticipate that the starting salary will be circa £41,000 (London based), but a for a candidate who brings the right combination of skills and experience, they are prepared to offer up to circa £44,000.
Based: Normal place of work is the charity’s National Office in London SE1 but the current pandemic means that staff members are working principally from their homes, with many now coming into the office for part of the week. They’re reviewing their homeworking policy and as restrictions ease, they anticipate a change in the overall mix of office and home working.

Over the past couple of years our client has undergone great transformation which has led to a completely new brand, a strong set of organisational values, a new strategy, in depth audience insight and the launch of their new website, amongst other exciting developments. Now, they are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Individual Giving Manager to use these developments to grow income from a more diverse range of supporters. These donors will give to them through a number of channels including regular donations, annual appeals, raffles and digital fundraising, as well as new channels developed and led by you, the new manager.
